In this episode I share the results of the Facebook Challenge and what I learned from that experience. I also share how the new format is going to work moving forward. Also, I feel hopeful about the future for myself and my family.

My guest co-host today is TaJuanna Taylor. TaJuanna is a serial optimist serving as the Principal consultant of Bootstrap Dreams after transitioning from over 15 years as a Project Consultant for small businesses and State Government. As a practitioner, TaJuanna holds the global designation as certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) & LSSGB among other things.
Her calling is to empower women in business to not suffer in silence. She's overcome devastation & public humiliation at a time when her career was soaring. Realizing these two extremes could occur simultaneously, she turned suffering into service, leading transformation through new ideas & initiatives, speaking, & facilitating corporate training programs. All backed with over 9 awards in leadership, social impact, implementation, contribution and exemplary service.
TaJuanna is also a mom who gets really excited about discussing parenthood & long-lasting lipsticks. She is a woman first, but don’t at all get confused, this woman is passionate about business.
